PLC Programming and Troubleshooting - We begin with laying a fundamental knowledge of programming structure, hardware, program flow and troubleshooting, then we move into more plant specific types of searching, commonly used instruction, common logic and troubleshooting your facility uses.
Electrical Controls Troubleshooting - This class brings the associate with little or no knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and gives them some confidence and broadens their understanding on conductors vs. insulators, the relationship with voltage current and ohms, relay logic, motor starting, wiring practices, components, etc.
Ethernet/IP Training - Starts with a high level of understanding of ethernet technology, object model, message types, components, troubleshooting commands and techniques, etc.
Fanuc and Motoman Robotics Training - Basic handling tool training through advanced training in maintenance troubleshooting, file management and advanced mastering techniques.
Fire Drills and Single Point Lessons - Create and deliver single point lessons that can be used to keep the technicians skills sharp and/or a countermeasure for an RCA report. Examples could be putting a bypass cable on a robot, quick mastering vs single axis mastering, programming or troubleshooting a light curtain or safety scanner, etc.
New Equipment Support - Support with installation or developing and delivering training curriculum or both
Detailed Progress Reporting - Once the learning objectives are created, We will deliver detailed reporting on how the learning objectives are proceeding covering Application, Retention and Effectiveness. This report will be delivered in both Power Point and Excel formats.
Expert Maintenance Guidance - Proven techniques that can reduce MTTR and MTBF, recurring problems that need an outside fresh viewpoint, mentoring your current training department, what training can be done in house vs the OEM, etc.
Onboarding Schedule - The Duty - Tasks - Needs Analysis will be used to create an onboarding schedule for new associates or associates moving to a new area. This will cover the qualifications a technician will need to work successfully in an area.
Analytical Troubleshooting Training - Teaching how to start broad a quickly narrow down the search for precise troubleshooting. Together we will evaluate your equipment and conduct a small FMEA to look at likely cause and effect and how to effectively use this during troubleshooting.
